There were over 500 SKUs in this line. I was the Production Manager for the project and oversaw production among four production artists. In addition, I created final production files (placed FPO images, typeset copy, enter codes and FPO UPCs), coordinated the project with the client, attended weekly status meetings and organized all incoming/outgoing files and information. Die-lines were supplied that final files were built to. Hardcopy proofs were submitted before final files were placed on disk.
