I was the Production Artist, then the Production Manager on this project. I organized the project internally, created final production files (placed FPO images, typset copy, enter codes and FPO UPCs), organized all incoming/outgoing files and information. Die-lines were supplied that we created final files on. Hardcopy proofs were submitted before final files were placed on disk.
